Shipping policy

Every piece we sell is in stock, so it leaves the workshop soon after you order and reaches you anywhere in India in 5 to 8 working days. This page covers how delivery works and what it costs.

Where we deliver

Anywhere in India, through courier partners we have used long enough to trust. We do not ship outside India yet. If you are abroad and want a piece, write to aarha.handicrafts@gmail.com and we will see what can be arranged.

What delivery costs

Delivery is free on orders of ₹500 and above. Below that, delivery is a flat ₹100 for the whole order, however many pieces are in it. The threshold is checked on the order total after any discount code, and the exact charge is shown at checkout once you enter your address.

How long it takes

Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 2 working days, and most reach you 5 to 8 working days after you order. We do not dispatch on Sundays or public holidays, and courier delays, weather and festival rushes can add a day or two. If your order is running late, write to us with your order number and we will chase it.

Tracking

As soon as your order is handed to the courier you get an email with the tracking number and a link to follow it. If the tracking has not moved for three working days, tell us and we will check with the courier.

If something arrives damaged

We pack every piece for transit, but wood can still take a knock on the way. If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, send us a photo or short video of the piece and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it at no cost to you. Our return and refund policy has the details.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please check your address and phone number before you place the order; the courier uses both. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or the delivery could not be made, we will contact you, and the cost of sending it out again is yours.
