At AARHA, every product is handcrafted with care, and we ensure it reaches you safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after receiving payment.
  • For customized or made-to-order products, processing may take longer. Customers will be informed of estimated timelines at the time of purchase.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We ship orders across India using trusted courier partners.
  • Estimated delivery timelines:
    • Metro cities: 4–7 business days

    • Other locations: 5–10 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns or on orders above a specified value (details will be shared on our website/Instagram).

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp/SMS (where applicable).
  • You can use this number to track your order with the courier partner.

5. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
  • If you wish to place an international order, please contact us directly at aarha.handicrafts@gmail.com to discuss possible arrangements.

6. Damages & Issues

  • We take utmost care in packaging to ensure products reach you in perfect condition.
  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures/videos for verification. (Refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details).

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping charges will apply.
