Refund policy

At AARHA, each product is crafted with care and precision. We value your trust and want you to have a seamless shopping experience with us. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only in cases where:
    • The product delivered is damaged or defective.
    • The product is incorrect (different from what you ordered).
  • To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order, along with unboxing pictures/videos as proof.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

As our products are handcrafted and made in limited batches, we do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or dislike of product.
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish – these are natural characteristics of handmade products and not considered defects.
  • Customized or personalized products.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and the product is received back in its original condition, we will initiate a refund.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

4. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you wish to replace a defective or incorrect product, we will issue a replacement (subject to availability). If a replacement is not available, a refund will be processed.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will bear the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to customer error (wrong address provided, refusal to accept delivery, etc.), the customer will be responsible for shipping charges.
